Looking at historical CPI factors the roads tying inflation numbers to mortgage rates show indicators that we will continue to see rates go down in 2023.

Historical data shows us that not all recessions mean a bad housing market. Overall we have gone on a huge upward trend of overall home values. Our demand for housing is still not going to be met in 2023. High housing demand and lower interest rates we will see another peak in the market again.
