JP Orleans New Construction Davidson and Cornelius NC

JP Orleans homes is adding two new construction options in Davidson, NC and Cornelius, NC!

Their homes in Davidson, NC are going to be a small development with a handful of homes to include a few basement and crawl space foundations. These will border the greenway system to access downtown Davidson and River Run areas fairly easily. Davidson Wood is anticipated to sell fast once they are released and now is an opportunity to possibly put a lot on hold. The price range is predicted to be around $1.1M - $1.2M. They have extended owners suites up and one option to select for the owners suite on the main level.

Cornelius is going to open up closer to the spring 2024 timeframe off of Mayes Rd on the border of Davidson right into Cornelius.

Three car garage options may be possible in Davidson but we will need to confirm as we get further along with the developments. The square footage is in the high 3000ft to over 5000ft with the basement home sites.
